A view of a street in Corleone, is a postcard image of a narrow passage between houses of the village. The washing line connecting the two sides seems to link, but the connection is interrupted by a tangle of the line. The knot interrupts the link in the connecting net. It is a mirror of a diffused conspiracy of silence regulated by fear, in a world of victims and executioners, saints and devils. Claudio Cravero
